Five Islands Wharf at the end of the 127 in Five Islands has three facilities

Live and Cooked Lobster right off the boats, clams, crab, and corn in season

The grill serves lobster rolls, hamburgers, chicken fingers, fries, etc.

End your meal at the ice cream shop with a cone, sundae, or frappe.

 

Most summers there is another Lobster House and Grill, also in Five Islands, which serves fresh lobster right off the boat, seafood, and grill food.  Watch for signs as you come into Five Islands.  This is where the locals often eat. Top it off with delicious ice cream.

 

The Osprey Restaurant and the Tavern at Riggs Cove at the Marina in Robinhood  371-2530     Popular with boaters stopping in for lunch or dinner. Featuring a traditional seafood menu including boiled lobster and clams.  Tavern serves lighter fare and cocktails.

Folks drive from Portland and Augusta just to eat here.  Pricey but amazing.

 

The Taste of Maine in Woolwich just up US 1 a mile from the bridge is very nice with views of a tidal marsh.

 

If you happen to be shopping at Cook’s Corner, Bookland in the mall is our favorite place for soup, sandwiches, coffee and tea!

 

In Bath, Woolich, Brunswick, Wiscasset and beyond there are dozens of good restaurants.  The best plan is to get one of the seasonal tourist booklets and browse.
